Submit Feedback to be Read at a Meeting

There are four ways to submit feedback to be read at a meeting. In order for your feedback to be part of the record, you must provide your first and last name. Additional personal information is neither required nor will be made public.

- Message can be no longer than two minutes in length.
- State and spell your first and last name at the beginning of your message.
- Indicate the meeting date.
- Do not leave your phone number on the voice message since these messages are heard in public session.

Request to Speak at a Meeting

For any Redistricting hearings or workshops that take place during a Board of Supervisors meeting, members of the public can request to speak by following the Board of Supervisors meeting's normal procedure for public comment (see Rule 12, Testimony, in the Administrative and Procedural Rules for Board Proceedings).

For any Redistricting hearings or workshops that do not take place during a Board of Supervisors meeting, time will be given for members of the public in attendance to speak. In addition, members of the public can request to speak in advance in the following ways:
